Schengen 90/180 Day Calculator — Privacy Policy

Schengen 90/180 Day Calculator ("the app", shown on the home screen as "Schengen") is a calculator for the Schengen area's 90/180-day short-stay rule, for Android.

What the app collects

Nothing. The app does not collect, send, store on a server, share or sell any personal or usage data. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The app does not request the Internet permission or any other permission, so it cannot send anything anywhere.

What stays on your device

The trips you enter (dates, and the optional country and note), your profile names and your settings are saved in the app's private storage on your phone so that the app can count your days. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage, deletes them.

Backups

• Android backup. If you have turned on device backup with your Google account, Android may include the app's data in that backup, as it does for most apps. That backup is between you and Google and is governed by Google's terms. The developer never receives it.
• Export to a file. If you choose "Export trips to a file", the app writes a file to the place you pick in the system dialog. What happens to that file afterwards is up to you.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13.
