Seikai JLPT bot — Refund Policy

Effective: 26 October 2026

This policy covers the season pass bought with Telegram Stars in the Seikai JLPT bot (@JLPTSeikaiBot). A pass bought in the Android app through Google Play follows Google Play's refund rules.

When you get a refund

You get a full refund when you ask within 14 days of the payment and:

• the pass does not work for you (the parts it opens stay locked, or the app code is refused), or
• you were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same pass.

A pass that works is not refunded because you changed your mind or did not use it.

How to ask

Send /paysupport in the bot and write "refund", or write to regardtous@gmail.com with your Telegram username or user id and the day you paid. We usually answer within 3 days.

How it is paid back

The refund is the full number of Stars you paid, returned through Telegram to the account that paid. We cannot refund in money, to a card, or to another account.

What a refund ends

A refund ends the pass in the bot at once and cancels its Android app code: the app drops that pass the next time it connects.

Your rights under the consumer law of your country are not affected.
